    Cision welcomes seasoned leader Guy Abramo as CEO

    Cision, a global leader in consumer and media intelligence solutions, has announced the appointment of Guy Abramo as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Abramo brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience, having successfully driven growth and transformation across a range of industries.

    Most recently, Abramo served as CEO of HireRight, where he led the company’s initial public offering in 2021 and later facilitated its privatization in 2024. His career also includes senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Experian, Ingram Micro, Exxon/Mobil, and KPMG Consulting. Throughout his career, Abramo has earned recognition for his ability to foster innovation, operational excellence, and sustained growth.

    Abramo, a Las Vegas resident, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgetown University. He now takes the helm of Cision’s global operations and looks forward to building upon the company’s existing momentum.
